Useful info

 All prices are per person and day with half board, including the Ratschingserhof wellness programme. Depending on availability, the price increases for short stays up to 4 nights.

 The single room supplement (limited number) is approximately 40-80 euros per day.

The rooms are ready on the day of arrival from approx. 3 p.m. If you plan on arriving after 6 p.m., we ask you to please let us know. On the day of departure, please leave the rooms by 11 a.m.

Dogs: On request, your four-legged friends are welcome, but not in all our rooms (20 euros per day, without food). Please bring your own dog bed.

The deduction for rooms with just breakfast is 6 euros per day per person.

If you arrive by train, we will gladly pick you up at the train station in Sterzing.

Should you request a specific room number, we will try to reserve your desired room, but we cannot make any guarantees.

Slight deviations in the pictures of the rooms and suites are possible.

In case of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, we kindly ask you to inform us in due time. If it is no longer possible for us to re-book the room, cancellation fees will be charged. The deposit paid in advance will not be refunded.

All prices are subject to formatting and printing errors.

The prices do not include the tourist tax of € 3.40 per person (from 14 years) and day paid on site. From January 1, 2026, the visitor's tax will be increased to € 3.50.
