Alfons and Max don’t think much of cookbooks because they instinctively know what tastes good. They don’t need toques either; it’s too warm in the kitchen for those anyway.

When the two of them work together, one thing is certain: each and every dish will be delicious. Our kitchen kings genuinely believe that if you want to have good results, you have to have good ingredients. That’s why they use regionally sourced ingredients as much as possible.

The Ratschingserhof half board is a gourmet half board. That’s why it features many regional and seasonal ingredients, a lot of creativity and love, and is light and fresh. What starts in the morning with the varied breakfast buffet ends in the evening with a five-course menu, which will surprise you and your palate every day anew.

Start your day with a real mood booster. The buffet offers traditional farmhouse bread, yoghurt and butter from Sterzing, hearty sausages, savoury cheese and South Tyrolean speck, sweet treats (homemade, of course), a variety of mueslis... all high-quality products from the region. Not to mention the freshly prepared egg dishes!
